unmanic hundreds of files in boot directory /boot/config/shares

Recommended Posts

I ran out of space on my boot because of this. Why are they put here? I don't see in the docker config where to set this. There is hundreds of these files.

You end up with files there if you ever get a top level folder of the name generated on any drive as these automatically get treated as User Shares.   I suspect you have an unmanic docker configured incorrectly so it is generating such folders?   You can delete any that do not currently correspond to top level folders.

Looking at your diagnostics I think you have unmanic configured to put temporary files at /mnt/plexcache.   This is the top level of that pool so can cause the symptoms you describe.   You should have it configuring it to use a sub-folder within that pool?

You could also set that pool to not be used for User Shares (not sure if this alone would be enough to stop the symptoms)?
