I am not sure if this is the correct category to post this, so mods, feel free to move it if it is not.

I am sure this is a simple fix but my amateur brain cannot find and concrete instructions on how to remove this. I was trying to setup my old HTPC to become my new server/raid  and wanted to turn the old SSD boot drive into a cache drive, but did it wrong.  After that I now have the following error n my Devices/array.  I have since bought new hardware and no longer have that SSD but even after the migration to my new rig, I am still seeing the error.

How can I easily remove this?

If you no longer want to use a disk2, you need to do a new config and resync parity without it.

But how I guess is the real question.  I don't want to mess up my current array or lose data.  I know where the 'New Config' setting is, I am just not sure on how to properly do it.

-Tools -> New Config -> Retain current configuration: All -> Apply

Then start the array to begin a parity sync.

Thank you!
