I've got a weird issue I'm trying to understand.

 

I've set my appdata share as cache-preferred, and configured to move data from ARRAY > Cache if necessary (which should be almost never, as my cache is 4tb). But for some reason, when docker is *running* and mover runs, mover moves all the appdata to the array. But when docker is *NOT running* and mover runs, it moves the data back to the cache. I've confirmed my settings for appdata share numerous times and am positive I've got it set up as described. What could be causing this?

This doesn't make much sense, but enable mover logging and post the diags after that happens, i.e, it moves from the pool to the array.
