Filesystem shutdown

Featured Replies

There was an error which caused my filesystem to shutdown.
Web GUI wasn't available and the dockers were neither. I've made a picture of the error before doing a gracious powerdown -r which is added in the attachments.

The error is as follows:
XFS (md3p1): metadata I/O error in "xfs_btree_read_buf_block.constprop.0+0x7a/0xc7 [xfs]" at daddr 0x380c2b8d8 len 8 error 5

XFS (md3p1): log I/O error -5

XFS (md3p1): Metadata I/O Error (0x1) detected at xfs_trans_read_buf_map+0x19c/0x26f [xfs] (fs/xfs/xfs_trans_buf.c:296). Shutting down filesystem.

XFS (md3p1): Please unmount the filesystem and rectify the problem(s)
etc.. (please see picture for full error)

After the graceful powerdown -r the array seemed to be fine but it was stopped.
I did a Check Filesystem Status on disk 3 since that's the one I thought to have a fault.
There's also a screenshot of this added as I have very little experience with it. It doesn't seem to tell me how I can repair the problem.
Am I in the right place of finding the error or what do I need to do in order to fix this?

Any help is welcome and thank you in advance :)
Have a good day ✌️

Ah, then I'm guessing it's the pcie extension card for sata connections.
Is there any way to fix that or is that a faulty extension card?

Try using it in a different PCIe slot, if the same happens could be a bad controller

I will do that, thank you for your help!
Was my question alright? I know there's a certain layout or so for asking a question in a topic so was wondering if it was okay.

Yes, it was fine.
