My docker keeps deleting itself

For some reason my docker continually crashes and when I reboot all my containers are gone and I have to reinstall them. it keeps constantly happening now. I tried deleting docker.img and rebuilding it all but it still does the same thing.

I attached a diag file.

    Several of these in syslog. Looks like flash drive should be replaced.
