unable to register upon getting new pen

Featured Replies

So my pen just died..

i did the usual procedure, got the new pen, install from zip, boot with it but stuck on getting the license to work.

I've sent a reply to the old email from 2 years were i had changed it already but cant get it to go via the gui..

the license code gives error 8 (probably changed something on the license server end)...

i've sign up on my main unraid account but i have purchase quite a few licenses so not sure if this has anything impact on this or no but when i go to replace it just get a 403 error also..

any thoughts while i wait for support to give a help?

I already turned the server off to remove the trial.key and double checked that the pro.key is present but still no go..

Are you sure the key file you are trying to replace wasn't already replaced and blacklisted?

What version Unraid?

That usually means that you are using an old blacklisted key, not the last valid one, install that one, and only that one, and the transfer should work, assuming it's eligible for an automatic transfer.
