September 6, 20241 yr Hello, on the 31st of August I’ve purchased the unleashed version taking advantage of the summer discount. Today, I went to redeem the activation code, I went through what I believed was the redemption process, entered my Apple Pay card to ensure each year I would get updates, got authorisation for $0 and then got charged again for the full price of an unleashed license. Not sure I understand what is going on, I want to use unraid, but I only needed one license. As of now, my usb is still unregistered, and I haven’t done anything, the software has not been used. I’ve logged a ticket to request a refund but I’m panicking as I really can’t afford $100+ to be wasted this month, it was already a stretch to buy the license I needed. Anyone been in the same situation? Any advice? Reassurance I will see my money back? thanks to everyone.

September 9, 20241 yr Author Thanks @SpencerJ turns out the process followed was right and I redeemed the activation code correctly, but the system charged me anyway. Now waiting for CS to come back to me. thanks again
