Overwriting files in appdata

Very new to Unraid, having only just installed it yesterday. I am also a novice in Linux, having only used OpenMediaVault before.

I am migrating my docker containers over from OMV to Unraid and have got everything working other than my Plex server.

I have setup an SMB share to appdata and under some of the config directories, I have the ability to create new folders and files, however in the Plex config folder, I cannot. I need to overwrite the files and folders in there with the files and folders from my OMV docker container but other than via SMB shares on my Windows laptop, I don't know how else to do this.

I'm not a pro, anyway, did you try to operate with Krusader? You can install it as an APP (it creates a Docker), then in Krusader you can browse your shares, also you can navigate your network, etc. Search for useful video in youtube from SpaceInvaderOne, for example: move file with krusader
