Please double check if you have enough free space on your USB Boot device (Nvidia for example requires at least 250MB of additional free space). You can also do a reboot and see if all plugins are still there or if a plugin is in the Error tab. If a plugin is missing or not working, uninstall it (or remove it from the Error tab in the Plugin section) and pull a fresh copy from the CA App.
