ive tired a few containers all have the same problem, also anything after 11.6 update has these issues

Try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router.  Settings - Network Settings

You still have the router as the first DNS server, remove it, use the other ones as #1 and #2.

can you help me with this also trying to mount a smb that worked before..

That suggests you don't have network access to that SMB share.

yes its working seems a bit slower now, do i have bonding and bridging set right? i have 3 ports a 10gb nic with 2 ports and my mb

i would like to set it up as fail over, along with using at least one 10gb port for moving files speed

You should not usually use a bond with NICs with different speeds, or it will be limited to the slowest.

I would turn it off. Use just the main eth0 or a bridge.

so i turned bonding off, do want need bridging off or on?

ive had my router crash a few times due to to many downloads 

also is there anything else i need to set? i know nothing about networks thank you

or should i even have 2 connection going into the same router

Depends on your use case, and you could have eth1 in a peer to peer connection.
