October 1, 20241 yr Good afternoon. After a series of reboots due to a hardware instability issue that I have already fixed, I found one of my ZPool marked as degraded. I am attaching my diagnosis in case someone could help me to get that Pool back to correct. Thank you very much. midiam.local-diagnostics-20241001-1204.zip
October 1, 20241 yr Community Expert Solution You appear to have a container constantly restarting, and it's spamming the log, check the up-time for all containers to see if you can find it. sdq pool device dropped offline, there's no SMART, check/replace cables for that disk and post new diags after array start.
October 1, 20241 yr Author Hi. I have stopped Docker Authentik, as it was indeed constantly restarting. Attached is the Diagnostic. Thank you. midiam.local-diagnostics-20241001-1319.zip
October 1, 20241 yr Author Sorry... I hadn't read the whole message. I will check the cables for that drive. Sorry about that.
October 1, 20241 yr Author After your suggestion I checked the wiring (although everything seemed to be well connected) and now all the disks do appear in the pool. I have been having hardware reboots for a while (despite having a 750W power supply, connecting so many disks on each line was causing me problems) and now that I seemed to have the system stable, I had noticed that the pool had degraded due to the lack of a disk. Now everything seems to be fine. I am going to run a Scrub to verify that everything is ok. Thank you very much for putting me on the track JorgeB! 😘
