can not auto mount /dev/nvme0n1p1 as array devices

it reports unmountable, unsupportable or no filesystem. but I can mount manually at terminal.

add diagnostics files

You are likely to get more informed feedback if you attach your system's diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread.  
It is always a good idea to do this to allow us to see the current state of your system and so we can see logs.

sorry, I have add diagnostics file.

I can see that it is reported in the diagnostics as:

            [fsType] => btrfs
            [fsStatus] => Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system

Since you mention it mounts manually then there is probably something relatively minor required to get it to mount automatically.  @JorgeB as the expert of recovering btrfs file systems is likely to be the best person to advise you on what that is.
