(solved) Array not started after reboot on 5.0b12.

Featured Replies

I am in the proces of testing a new setup. At the moment I have a parity and a cache disk as RAID0 and RAID1 volume on a ARC1200 card and a data disk.

After a reboot the array always shows up as: Stopped configuration valid.

I can then start it without any issue. It then shows parity valid. It has build and checked parity several times without any issue.

So why doesn't the array come up started after rebboot.

I attach a syslog, made immediately after reboot.

Using the beta? I think there's a setting for starting the array automatically.

Yes, I'm using 5.0b12. Enable autostart under disksetting is Yes.

Thanks prostuff1,

I try that as soon as possible. Currently I'm preclearing disks.  No need to add the lines you wrote in another post a while back in tne 5.0b12 thread?
