November 30, 20241 yr I just got myself an extra drive that i thought would be easy to pass through to a new VM, but it ended up in a strange group, how do I change this? November 30, 20241 yr This is a hardware limitation, you can try enabling PCIe ACS override in VM settings to see if it separates the devices.

I switched the drive with the 1TB one that is in group 1 in the picture, and it resulted in freedom. 😜 I'm currently using it for a POP!_OS VM.
