November 30, 20241 yr I’m trying to build new parity but getting extremely slow write speeds. I precleared an 18TB drive and was getting anywhere from 150-225 mb/s. took 3 days but no issues and successfully pre cleared. I added the drive to the array in parity 1 and I’m only getting 1mb/s and it says it’s going to take like 170 days to complete. I turned docker off. Don’t know where to go from here
November 30, 20241 yr I would recommend shutting down. Double check cabling, and then restart the array and attempt parity build again. If it continues, post your diagnostics. Quick question how is your new parity attached to your motherboard? Direct to a port on the board or through a riser card or backplane?
