Good evening, I upgraded to Unraid 7 and the only problem that occurred was that I lost the installation of plex. I installed it again in the same directory since it was not lost. The problem that occurred is that when I search for subtitles, the playback stops immediately and shows" Playback Error There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems."
Can anyone tell me what happened?

I am using the latest  Plex-Media-Server

    The problem occurs when I try to watch movies from any browser on my network.

    Tv boxes work without a problem

    3. Adjust your preference.
