So for the last few months I've had some fairly random issues with unraid. It started one day where my Web GUI refused to fully load, then eventually not connect at all, all the VM's, docker containers shares continued working perfectly fine. I ended up having to do an unclean shutdown to restore my access. This happened again about a month later, since then it's been mostly stable until today. First my docker tab refused to load so I restarted the server from the gui, the server ended up waiting for shutdown for nearly 5 minutes until I eventually shut it down manually. After rebooting I came to discover that one of my disks was now disabled, there are no disk attributes that make me have any cause for concern and the SMART test came back all clear. So the server is currently in maintainence mode doing a parity sync to rebuild the drive and once again I'm wondering what's causing so many reliability issues with my server. Prior to all this I was up to about 5 months uptime with no issues. 

Any insight as to what could be causing this would be appreciated, diagnostics are attached.

Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.

That looks like the regular syslog, but it's showing errors with disk1, you should investigate that.
