Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash, also make sure this has been taken care of, even if it weasn't needed before:

Here are updated Logs, I believe it has something to do with Resilio Sync Docker

It won't come with the diags, you need to get it from where you chose to save it to.

Looking at Settings - Syslog Server - Local Syslog Server is set to enabled and when I look in the folder that is specified there is nothing there. is there a manual download or something like with the Diag Logs?

That only covers 10 minutes' uptime, when was the crash?

Server seems to run until I load up Resilio Sync. 

That suggests an issue with that container, and IIRC you are not the first, suggest asking for help in the existing support thread for it, you can find it by clicking on the containe, then support.
