February 22, 20251 yr Hi everoyne, running Unraid 7 after a reboot I receive an 500 Internal Server Error. I can still access the server via keyboard/connected monitor and it boots to the point where it says login and here is your ip4/ip6. However, the gui is not reachable (500 internal server error). Last changes I remember doing was installing the Powertop plugin (now realizing that is seems to be made for 6.11). Before rebooting I noticed some error while mounting an external drive and running userscripts for backing up to it - it never finished mounting the external drive. Any help is appreciated. The log file is from the automatic log creation during shutdown as well as after the initial reboot yesterday evening. Thanks a lot! tower-diagnostics-20250221-2304.zip tower-diagnostics-20250222-0806.zip
February 22, 20251 yr Community Expert Solution Nginx is not even attempting to start, unclear why to me, you can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.
February 22, 20251 yr Author Will try, luckily, its Saturday, I have some time on my hand. Thanks for the hints. I will provide an update once I tested it.
February 22, 20251 yr Author Ok, I remembered I had Unraid connect running. I downloaded the last backup from yesterday morning. Imager tool did not work (opened shell), however, manually copying all files to the formatted stick worked flawlessly. System booted, GUI is available and all seems to be working properly. Ufff. Thanks a lot again for your continuous help. I think this is the third time already you are helping me out. Thanks a lot! Best regards Jan
