HDD clicking noise every 5 seconds

Just recently got my first NAS and encountered that my new drive (SEAGATE EXOS 12TB) makes a clicking noise every 5 seconds (like the head inside moves a little every 5 seconds). Sounds like *click* every 5 seconds.

 

In unraid it says no read or write operations at all. What is it and can I get rid of that?
