March 18, 20251 yr Community Expert when the disk are spun down. they will spin up due to needed disk activity. this could be caused by dockers and the use of database for a docker service to run.
March 18, 20251 yr Community Expert Install the “File Activity” plugin. It will show you which files are being accessed which might give you some insight to what thing is waking up your drives.
