Microserver Gen8 H222 in IT mode with ST4000NM0043 C1 Error

I'm kind of ripping my hair out. These drive has been formated from 520 to 512 (there were netapp drive). They seem to have passed the long smart test there are still green. But all drive seem to be giving me the same sector of read error.

To be the exact same on all drive is a bit weird ... I don't really know where to look

This is very strange, all disks showing error sin the same sectors, don't remember seeing it before, but I would guess it's something with the disks

What is weird it that I changed one disk yesterday and it still de same. Will try with another batch of hard drive that has nothing to do with the ST4000NM0043 C1. I dont remember when I formated them into 512, could it be the way that I've done it? At first I remember they were also locked and I had to unlock them. :( Still I have 9 of these ...
