Disable Docker and VM service and reboot in safe mode, start the array and see if it stops, if yes, retest in normal mode, services still disabled, if still OK enable one of the services and retest, then the other, note that if the issue happens with the docker service enabled only, you may need to try enabling one or a few containers at a time to find the culprit.

So I had Docker disabled and I don't use VM so that was already disabled. in safe mode array stopped and started fine and when I booted into normal mode same. As soon as I re enabled Docker and my dockers started the issue happened again.

what seem to have fixed it is I had in directory as the Docker data-root, when I changed it to or back to xfs vdisk and reinstalled all of my dockers with the appdata too with my backup the issue no longer happens.

Basically you have something accessing the array and it can’t unmount it. A lot of times I find myself have a terminal window open browsing my shares.
