June 18, 20251 yr Community Expert The issue is caused by the disks 1 and 2 having non-standard partitions, not sure how this happened, but I've found other users with the same issue since.Unraid 7.0.x and lower won't care, since it will still use the standard layout, but 7.1 uses the actual partitions, and hence why they show as wrong and then fail to mount after updating, to resolve the issue, stop the array and type:sgdisk -o -a 8 -n 1:32K:0 /dev/sdXReplace X with the correct letter for disk1 and 2, as of last diags they were sdf and sdc, but they can sometimes change with a reboot, if those commands generate any error or warning post here, if they don't, after this, you can start the array normally and update to 7.1 when you like, and it should work without issues.
