    Is this a permanent issue, i.e., even after a reboot?

    I only stopped all dockers "docker stop $(docker ps -aq)" and RAM looked normal. Even after a step by step start of my docker containers, it still looks normal:

    Normally, I let start my containers automatically after the start of the array.
