My disk array suddenly went from low usage to now full (99%). If I check file sizes on the disks it should not be full.

I've a parity drive (last checked 13 days ago and all good). 2 HDD in the array, 1 cache SSD, and 2 SSD's in a pool for storing movies etc.

Is there something I can run to check or recalculate the usage?

Click Compute All on the shares page to see what's using what.

Also, more details needed. What filesystems etc, what settings for each share, what usage on each disk?

Ideally post diagnostics

I ran the compute all on shares. The total space for the array is 1.2 Tb. At a quick glance I wouldn't say the total space on compute is 0.5Tb max. The largest single folder is 280Gb. The rest are smaller. Totally confused.

Not clear what's using the space, check filesystem on both to rule out any issues, any sparse files stored?
