Entire GUI locks up on browser resize on Docker tab

Featured Replies

Summary

This is more than likely self inflicted from my early days of checking out Unraid and trying to add some random theme to the whole thing, but it has hit the point of annoyance that I'm going to see if someone can help me fix it.

If I bring up the Unraid GUI in a browser, navigate to the docker tab, then resize the page AT ALL, the whole interface freezes. What is visible is usually OK, but if I scroll up or down, entries just stop and I'm left scrolling the original page size with just background. I usually have to close that tab out and open another for it to work, although after about 30+ seconds or so, it sometimes responds. Even changing the visible area by hitting Control+F to search (which brings up the narrow search bar at the bottom of the browser) is enough to cause it to hang.

I thought I found the script that I used long ago to make the tweaks to the template to allow a custom header and ran the "undo" script that was also offered, but it didn't work. I do have User Scripts installed, but only have rclone_mount_plugin enabled on array start. Nothing else out of the ordinary is automatically running on start to my knowledge.

If I resize the page before I go to the Docker tab, it is fine. If I open a new tab, open Unraid, hit Control+F to bring up search, then navigate to the Docker tab, it is fine. But if I resize at all, I may as well just kill the tab and start all over again or wait 30+ seconds to see if it may randomly respond.

It does the same in standard or Advanced view.

Examples

I'm currently using the White Dynamix color theme, but using Dark Reader to invert the colors. And yes - I've tried this in different browsers, in safe mode, etc. I was a heavy Chrome user until they started to do their Manifest v3 crap and switched to a Firefox based browser a few months ago. Same issue persists. It also does the same on different computers as well.

This is what I get on a resize while on the tab. It randomly filled the window and started to respond after 30+ seconds.

I fired up a Chrome profile with no browser plug-ins enabled and did the same. It ran for approx 18 seconds before the browser told me that the page was unresponsive.

Help?

I don't know if there is a way to download the interface files somehow or what, but I appreciate any help. It does the same thing in mobile, so if I try to do anything while on my phone, as soon as I zoom, things lock up.

I have Compose Manager enabled and I enabled and then removed FolderView at some point in the past, but FV has been removed. Those are the only things I can think if that would have impacted the "visible" side of things.

The only suggestion I have would be to redo the flash drive to see if it's a config problem, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.
