July 19, 2025Jul 19 My dashboard page is stuck at loading. Is this a known problem or am I I to inpatient?I'm at unraid 7.1.2. just installed unraid connect plugin and entered my "SSO users". it seems to be the right number.
July 19, 2025Jul 19 Community Expert I also see that sometimes, other times it loads and shows the servers offline, and once in a while it loads and shows them online, so likely some issue there.

July 21, 2025Jul 21 Community Expert Solution It looks possible that your Connect client isn't installed. Please reinstall the plugin if possible and let me know if you see more options in that menu (flash backup, etc.)
July 21, 2025Jul 21 Running this command via terminal could help:unraid-api plugins add unraid-api-plugin-connect -bif it doesn't, could you provide the versions of your connect plugin and the api? unraid-api versionwill get you the latter.

December 10, 2025Dec 10 I have the same problem. I did re-install the plugin and found the api version. (Unraid API v4.27.2+375dcd05) Is there anything else I need to do or information to troubleshoot this problem?Fixed. Updated from 7.2.0 to 7.2.2 Edited December 10, 2025Dec 10 by LABob246
