This has taken far too long. Initially started with a just trim 20mm of there and 30mm off the top, but has been endless "It'll be finished tomorrow", multiple redesigns, adjustments, new parts, holes, tapped holes, new part locations and it still isn't finished as the lid wouldn't go on with the front.
