It could be, but I would expect something lugged if that was the cause. Taking a second look, it may be the fact that the cache is 100% full:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

/dev/sdf1 7.3T 7.3T 60G 100% /mnt/cache

Free up some space on cachew and retest
