[User Utilities] section (user scripts etc) is located in settings tab, but every time I need it, I go to the tools tab first.

Is there a way to show this under both or toggle where it shows?

    Use the Custom Tab plugin and you can pin any unraid page to the header bar.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
