Server rebooting/shutting down by itself is almost always a hardware issue. If it's just powering off, the PSU would be a good thing to start with.

Fair point, I do need to get my power supply replaced it had the same issue with a RTX 3090 in the past (at the time I assumed it was because of spikes still an issue but I moved it to this server). Thank you. I'm assuming nothing in the logs suggest an issue? Thanks again.

When it's a hardware issue like that, typically there's nothing logged.
