The attach file is unraid syslog, I suspect that the content in the file is related to the Unraid crash. Could you please explain the reasons for these issues, and whether they are related to memory or other hardware?

Try booting in safe mode and leave the docker and VM services disabled, if you still get the crashes, it's likely hardware. You should also post the complete diagnostics , mostly to see the hardware used.

CPU doesn't show a model, is it some kind of engineering sample?

Yes, my cpu is engineering sample. And I have already try stop the docker and VM, when I did this, it seems ok.
However, the crashes are intermittent.

I don't know when they will occur – sometimes it happens after more than ten days, sometimes just a few days. I can't just keep Docker and the VM stopped all the time, because I have quite a few services running on them.

If it's an engineering sample, the first thing I would suggest would be to replace it with a retail model.

I will try to replace my cpu, if the problem still, I will come back and ask again.

Currently, my DXP4800 CPU N100 also has this problem. It freezes from time to time and I cannot enter the WEBUI. I can only power off and restart. I initially suspect that it is a system problem.
