THANK GOD IVE FIXED IT!

It was 100% my fault lol the mover was working fine but i had set the place for the transcoding cache to be on the cache drive and that took up 200 ish GB on the flash so i deleted the half transcoded files out of there AND I had a couple of win11 VMs I thought i had deleted but it didnt delete the actual virtual drives so i deleted both of those too for another 250 ish gig free!! im now only using 43GB of my cache drive and all dockers working perfecly again

lol thank you all for your help you pointed me to the fact that there was nothing in the mover queue so there must be something else taking up the room and i manged to delete enough from the app data to install and run Dynamix File Manager which allowed me to see everything in the cache drive and its size (great app by the way)

thansk agina all!
