Try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router. Settings - Network Settings

Most are showing as updated, so at least sometimes it's working.

Looks more like a network issue to me. Try disconnecting all the other network devices, in case there's an IP conflict, or try booting a new flash drive with a stock install and retest, to rule out a config issue.

IT was solved. Probably related to that github rate limit. Everything is working fine now.
