System instability

Featured Replies

Hi UnRaiders,

I’m hoping for some help with my server. I've been having issues since upgrading from 7.0.0 to 7.2.1 , I’ve had occasional issues (random lockups, slow response), but the system was still usable. Yesterday, it completely locked up and I had to force a reboot.

After that, I couldn’t boot back into Unraid at all. I was getting an error related to the USB drive (something like “USB device not found” or a mount/filesystem error on the flash device) ;

Since I couldn’t boot, I used the Unraid flash tool to reflash my existing USB drive with the latest Unraid version(7.2.2) I then copied my saved config folder and extra folder, from a backup onto the new USB.

Things seem stable but i wanted to see if anyone would be able to tell me if i there's anything i should correct or if it might have just been a corrupted USB causing trouble.

the error i saw during boot was:

That looks like flash drive issues, if the crashing persist, enable the syslog server and post that after the next crash.
