Can't update Tailscale: 'Your current Unraid version is out of date and * is no longer supported by this plugin.'

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'm trying to update to the latest version of the Tailscale plugin (I'm stuck on 2025.10.31.0431 which is missing a security patch), but I receive the following:

* Your current Unraid version is out of date and
* is no longer supported by this plugin.
*
* The last supported version of the plugin for
* your Unraid version will now be installed.

I just upgraded Unraid OS from 6.x.x to 7.0.1 which I believe is the latest version, thinking that would resolve the issue. The upgrade OS page shows blank.

I suspect I'm missing something obvious! Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Current Unraid version is 7.2.3. Anything before 7.1 is deprecated.

Thanks, that would explain that part. However, it seems there is something wrong with my update page in that case. It is blank.

Ran 'Update all' on my plugins and it fixed the Update OS page. Thanks so much all for the quick support :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll try booting into Safe Mode first to rule out any plugin or driver conflicts.
If that doesn’t help, I’ll proceed with a manual update following the Unraid documentation you linked.
I appreciate your help!
