Unraid File System Question

Featured Replies

I'm setting up my new server, and after adding my arrays and waiting for Unraid to finish the Parity Sync, I notice that one of my arrays is NTFS and the other is Btrfs. Is this fine? I chose XFS, but Unraid seems to have chosen other formats. Is this normal? I thought XFS is the recommended default for arrays due to its stability. Can I change my arrays file system to XFS?

Btrfs for the pool is fine, for the array, Unraid imported the existing filesystem, but since there's no data there, I would recommend reformatting it with XFS, Linux has limited support for NTFS.
