February 11Feb 11 Hi everyone,I am completly new to the homeserver scene and wanted to do my first steps with Unraid. I just wanted to set up a NAS array with existing HDDs and run a few services like Pihole, Paperless NGX etc. So I bought myself a new Mini-PC (this one: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0FJMFR2P4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) and a new USB Stick (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07CVVVCC9?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) and tried to set up my server. I however ran into the problem that Unraid gets stuck after the first two lines ( bzroot...ok). I tried a few things but nothing seems to work. I switched the USB ports on the Mini PC, I uninstalled and reinstalled Unraid on the stick multiple times using the official USB creator, I tried all the different versions of Unraid in the boot menu but all get stuck after two (without GUI) or three lines (with GUI). When I tried the stick in another maschine the installation ran flawlessly without any hickup. I also tried to switch Secure Boot and Fast Boot on or off in the BIOS, but no combination seems to work. Right now after a few hours of trial and error I am honestly out of ideas. Maybe someone here has something I can still try before either returing the PC or switching the another OS.

Currently however that doesn't work for the reasons stated above ;).
February 12Feb 12 Community Expert Try a different flash drive, but it may be an issue with the miniPC

There the installation process went smoothly without any issues. Do you have any ideas on what could be the issue with the PC? Windows boots just fine and RAMtest did not find any issues either...
February 12Feb 12 Community Expert Some incompatibility with the Linux kernel in general, or the one used by Unraid.
