April 8Apr 8 Maintenance mode is not even read-only. None of the drives are mounted, so no access to their filesystems are possible. No read and no write.Rebuild has nothing to do with filesystems though. It is working at a lower level.
April 8Apr 8 Author Rebuild started in safe maintenance mode. What I can already see is about a 35% improvement in speed rebuilding the drive. Hoping this time tomorrow, I'm back.And, I'm already building my next server. This one has served its purpose more than enough (multiple owners over 12 years).
April 9Apr 9 Author Completed! I think I was just over hammering a system that is too old to handle that many things. Building out my new system but I'm fully operational now. Thanks again!
