A couple of days ago I send a DM to @Squid and @jonp to receive the correct rights to create a support thread for a new application, but still haven't heard back and they also haven't read the message. DM is send on may 13.

According to the thread; https://forums.unraid.net/topic/40696-why-cant-i-post-new-topics-in-here/ this is the right way but Jonp hasn't been online in a long time and Squid is not responding, so what is the right process here?

For the time being @DutchTee86 , just create the thread anywhere and a moderator will then relocate it accordingly. The URL won't change when it's moved so it can be put into the template right away

And, thank you for pointing out that some of the forum docs / instructions are outdated. We will revamp them.
