I have problems when copying large amounts of data from an existing Unraid pool to a newly created ZFS raid. It seems that the large 3 or 4 TB of data is not copied but File Manager is not showing, why?

Is there a log file for the File Manager?

    I don't think so, to rule out a FM issue, try using Mindnight COmmender (mc on the console).

    Now this is really strange. It works with mc but not with Windows Explorer or with Dynamix File Explorer. I'll open a separate topic. Thanks JorgeB!
