My Hard Drives Are Not Displayed in the WebUI

Featured Replies

This is about my backup server.

Recently, some drives were 100% full. Shortly after that, the display (see screenshot) of the drives disappeared, even though the fill level for each drive is now between 29% and 53%.

I booted the server in Safe Mode, which made the drives visible, but they disappeared again after the array started up.

Any good ideas? Oh, and I’ve tried all the tips available online—different browsers, clearing the browser cache...

Thank you.

Try using a different browser, and make sure no firewall, ad-blocker, extensions, etc., are blocking the GUI.

In my experince that's almost always an external issue, but you can try the below in case it's a config problem.

You can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.
