Hello. I was able to get my array started on the web gui. Then I went to file explorer to try and access the files there. I'm unable to access anything from this point. When I click it I've had various things happen. First, it kept saying my credentials are wrong. I re-signed in with my credentials on the web gui and it worked no problem so that's not it. Then it started saying it just can't access it. I tried using credential manager in windows, but now it is saying I have no access to it and can't open it. I'm just not sure what to do and I'm not too savvy with this stuff. I just want to make a storage system for some pics and videos. My one hard drive has some info on it and I'm also not sure how to get rid of the info off it and format it.

Do you mean you can login to the Unraid webUI but can't access anything from Windows explorer?
