Fix Common Problems has has reported out of memory errors. The GUI and containers have also been semi regularly becoming unresponsive but eventually will come back up. Once the GUI comes back up the logs show: php-fpm[12773]: [WARNING] [pool www] child 1038776 exited on signal 9 (SIGKILL).

This is not the first time this has been reported though system has been stable enough for at least a couple of years.

I was having issues with the Nvidia driver but that seems to have been resolved after updating from open source to production. The Nvidia driver issue would also cause the GUI to hang but all containers would continue to work. This issue causes the GUI and all containers to become unresponsive.

Motherboard has latest BIOS. RAM at stock. Let me know if there's more information anyone needs to help diagnose the problem.

The likely culprit from the process list appears to be pinepods_backen — ~6.7 GiB used, is its memory usage expected to reach ~7 GB?

Thanks for looking. That would be the PinePods search api. It does seem excessive!

I have investigated and looks like they have changed some environment variables. I've rebuilt the container and will report back.

Reboot to clear the log so FCP stops warning you about the previous event
