Permissons Problem

I am running 5.0 RC1 and seem to have a permissions problem which has only occured in the last week

 

I have a Main PC and a HTPC both being served by my UnRaid Server

 

I can copy files from the Main PC to user shares on the server OK, however when I subsequenttly try to open them on the HTPC, it reports that access is denied.

 

If look at the file properties on the HTPC it reports that the file owner cannot be found and lists no users. Looking at the same file using the Main PC shows no problems and three users (Everybody, Root and Console)

 

Both PC's are running Windows 7 and have UAC switched off

 

I have tried rebooting both PC's and the server but still have the same problem

 

As a workround I can copy files to the server using a USB stick plugging into the HTPC, and the files have the correct permissions

 

I am not sure if this is a shares permission problem (however the problem seems to exist using all shares which I have created and not just a single one), or a Windows permisison problem.

 

What has me stumped is that I have to changed any settings on either PC (except any windows updates which may have been carried out automatically) or the server, and the problem has only just occured

Delete any stored credentials on the clients.
