I've setup a server or my dad overseas and its been running great for a couple years now without issues (I update it every 6 months or so when I'm back).  The server recently crash and it no longer successfully boots.  It stuck on the following screen. 

 

Does anyone know how I can start diagnosing this problem?  Thank in advance for the help

First guess, run a checkdisk on the flash drive using another machine.

so no luck - it didn't find any errors and is showing a new error.  Is there a way i can pull a log from boot?

Try a fesh install with the free version. Try removing all of the drives,
