Cache Disk Not Being Used

So I added a cache disk, cleared and formatted it.  I can see it in the shares and I can copy to it.  But if I copy to a user share it still puts the data directly on the other disks and not the cache disk first.  Any Ideas? I attached some configs.

    not since formatting.  Doing it now...

    shareUseCache="no"

    There's your problem.

     

    In v5.0 using the simplefeatures plugin it's a lot simpler to do this... no messing about with cfg files, just change the shares using the user interface...

    Thanks,  I feel like a dummy.  I looked but somehow missed that in the UI.
