September 20, 201213 yr Just want to clarify one thing, where is the Flash GUID located in the new Version 5 of UnRaid? Found it no problem on V4. I just got one of the Kingston Card Readers that apparently have a GUID, booted V5 and couldn't see it. Do i have a newer revision that doesn't have the GUID?

I just got one of the Kingston Card Readers that apparently have a GUID, booted V5 and couldn't see it. Do i have a newer revision that doesn't have the GUID? I couldn't find it easily either on any of the screens at first, but I do see it in Utils->Vars (then scroll almost all the way to the bottom) Or, you can log in on the system console, or via telnet and type: grep GUID /var/log/syslog It should print something like this: Sep 19 20:01:16 Tower2 emhttp: Pro key detected, GUID: 0781-5158-1739-12345B561205E However, it is there on a screen.... ;D ;D On the main screen, if you click on word "flash" in the first "Device" column (it is at the bottom of the list of assigned disks) you'll open up a screen showing the flash drive info and export settings, including the GUID. As an alternative, you can click on this link http://tower/Main/Flash?name=flash (assuming your server is still named "tower") Joe L.
September 20, 201213 yr As an alternative, you can click on this link http://tower2/Main/Flash?name=flash (assuming your server is still named "tower") Joe L. I believe you have a typo even if the server is still named "tower" It should be http://tower/Main/Flash?name=flash
