I know there is a share-level access restriction for read only, but is there a way to protect on the file level in a share from accidental deletion while still allowing writes to the share without making a permissions nightmare or making people log in when accessing shares?  I want to protect the core files on shares from my kids accidentally deleting when browsing in Windows while still allowing writes for new data to the share.
